The Foundation funds educational opportunities for OUCU members and their children. Dr. Crewson believed strongly in the power of education to benefit individuals and their communities. For more than 50 years, HAPCAP has been dedicated to alleviating the effects of poverty in our communities through its programs and creating opportunities. HAPCAP's programs cover utility assistance, food & nutrition, Head Start, transportation, employment training, community development, and more
COMMUNITY HEALTH PROGRAM 
Ohio university heritage of college of osteopathic
The Heritage College's Community Health Programs develop and deliver quality medical and health care services as well as health education for children and adults throughout southeast Ohio. The Heritage Community Clinic is open to community members and offers free and low-cost health care provided by skilled health care providers
Rising Suns Pharmacy
 
We were founded by pharmacist Sarah Adkins, PharmD and an amazing team in 2019. Sarah grew up in Southeast Ohio attending Albany Elementary and graduating from Athens High School. The goal is to provide high-quality pharmacy services that optimize the health and well-being of all members of the Southeastern Ohio community.
James Ball Scholarship
 
The James Ball Scholarship was established in 2009 to benefit full-time, degree seeking students in Ohio University's College of Health Sciences and Professions.

Transportation is the number one reason patients miss their appointments. The Athens County Area Transportation Fund ensures community members have transportation to their appointments receiving the care they need.
The Wildflower Legacy Foundation
The Wildflower Legacy Foundation was created to honor Hattie Jean White, who was born still in 2021. The foundation provides fees, equipment, gear, and whatever else is needed to give children in our community opportunities Hattie is unable to have. Athens Community Music School Scholarship Fund
 
Athens Community Music School (ACMS) is truly community-wide in mission and in scope as it is the principal source of organized and qualified music instruction in southeast Ohio and portions of West Virginia.
OU WOMEN'S FIELD HOCKEY
Support Ohio Field Hockey achieve their goals by funding equipment, player development tools, and team-building activities. Your gift supports these students as they grow as athletes and as young women, learning to lead both on and off the field.​
