The Heritage College's Community Health Programs (CHP) develop and deliver quality medical and health care services for children and adults throughout southeast and eastern Ohio. CHP offers a free medical clinic to adults, free women's health screenings, navigation for high-risk pregnant moms, free immunizations to children who qualify, low cost immunizations for adults, and national service opportunities. Our services are aimed at addressing unmet health care needs, and are often geared toward clients and patients who lack adequate medical and health care alternatives.
